Get to know the role:

As our Talent Operations Manager you will be the key to our employees core documentation and compliance to company’s regulation activities. Ensure everything is conducted in a timely manner. You must be detail-oriented especially in maintaining records of employee databases, contracts and SOPs. 

Demonstrate a high-level of time management skill to handle various tasks within a short period of time and the ability to smoothly liaise with other departments.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Design and implement company policies
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Define and enforce HR policies and SOPs, employee contract renewals, etc..
  • Coordinate with HR related vendors, e.g. private insurance and uniform.
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)
  • Manage the payroll process regularly and reporting 
  • Become the person in charge for any BPJS related matters 
  • Work closely with Legal Team to ensure seamless policies and regulations comply with regards to end to end employee journey (hiring, onboarding and offboarding)
  • Support any ad-hoc company projects and continuous improvement on the HR key process.

The must haves:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree from relevant background
  • Proven 5 years experience in Talent Operations, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations role 
  • Excellent verbal including written communication skills and English language proficiency is a must.
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong self-management skills, self-starter and persistence against all odds.
  • Experienced in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is strongly preferred (e.g. high-growth businesses/startup).
  • Tech savvy.
