Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruiter for more than 3 years.
  • Have experience as HR Generalist / HR Services is a plus point.
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Master’s degree or a Professional HR Certification is an advantage).
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and act as a point of contact for talents until on board.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency is a must.
  • Deep understanding of HR Management practices, including Talent Acquisition strategies and execution, as well as Talent Operations, maintaining zero error and a basic understanding of Employee and Industrial relations.
  • A great team player, as well as being agile with working cultures, including keen to learn of business acumen and business process.
  • Have experience working in a dynamic multicultural environment and enjoy learning about their cultures.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Show a “can do” and “say yes” attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle end to end recruitment process.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matter.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Assist in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Design job descriptions and job scopes, including interview questions and job advertisements for various channels.
  • Assist in conducting and managing the onboarding process, including the training program and employee experience journey for their first 3 or 6 months.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS & HR Database system to gather and analyze data with useful metrics.
  • Manage employee relations internally and externally.
  • Other HR-related tasks.

 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to understand the business model, culture, and direction of the business and to then pro-actively help define and drive the business from a talent management perspective. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management leaders, across borders and internal matrix.
