Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and strengthen the WSE Experience for our VIP members by understanding each VIPs schedule, needs and creating a success plan to keep them on track, this also means going the extra mile to personalize the experience for VIP Members
  • Deliver one-on one VIP sessions based on the recommendation in VIP Service-offering Revamp Memorandum
  • Supporting our VIP Members progress by providing close follow up and consistent support, tracking their learning progress and congratulating good progress and, providing advice, coaching and feedback for bad learning progress
  • Provide VIP level service to our VIP members so they want to share referrals and renew their membership, provide VIP demo advising sessions for potential VIP customers or upgrades
  • Create a Success plan (study plan) for every VIP member on a monthly basis, making sure VIPs stick to the plan and getting them back on track if their schedule/needs change
  • Schedule VIP classes in VIP Core Course system as allocated by CEM/CGM, help book VIPs into classes to make sure VIP members are continually engaged, work with deluxe mentors to maximize VIP Priority without affecting center schedule efficiency
  • Keeping up to date and abreast of our Members progress to pass on relevant information to the Experience and Sales Teams and take necessary actions
  • Maintain the VIP Lounge, ensuring from open to close it is in pristine condition such as computers, headsets, chairs and coffee machine – report any abnormalities/defects: to ensure it gets addressed promptly so that the VIP Lounge always represents a premium environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written is a must
  • GSE level 18 or CEFR C1
  • Have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature
  • Have experience in teaching and/or tutoring and/or training is highly preferred
  • Have experience working or living in an English-speaking country is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, having the ability to prioritize work load for team to optimize efficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive and service-minded
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels in an organization
  • Understand VIP Member demands – able to manage VIP expectations based on company’s SOPs
  • Have a growth mindset
